QCAi Work
QCAi centralized and shaped data to be consumed by Power BI.
Their equipment often operated in very remote areas making data collection difficult. We captured the data by ingesting raw machine telemetry data files stored from disparate locations. The raw data files are processed and extracted into a centralized cloud-based data warehouse. During this process we worked diligently to document data dictionaries and develop data quality procedures for scalability and reliability.
The client employed a Power BI dashboard using the transformed equipment data that provided critical insights such as vehicle location, usage (kms), payloads, engine efficiency and health trends, and emission information. Reports were then emailed to Clients to increase awareness.

Benefits
Intelligent Fleet Management data empowers clients to leverage equipment data for equipment planning.
Clients have access to their vehicle data, and this allows a more collaborative, data driven dialogue to negotiate maintenance, trade-ins and/or purchases.
Leaders can also now optimize their fleet based on usage and forecast demand more intelligently. They also can identify potential breakdowns allowing for more proactive fleet maintenance by performing timely preventative maintenance.
Data insights drives revenue by optimizing availability, utilization, and increasing the longevity of vehicles.
